About

As the owner and sole operator of "Go Do Your Business" since 2007, I think it is important to offer your pet the most comfortable experience possible when providing a service. By being the sole operator, it allows me to ensure that your pet is cared for by the same familiar face and relaxed enough to truly benefit from a provided service. I have a background in health care and am a lover of all animals. I believe pets play such a positive and vital role in our lives. We should recognize the happiness they provide us by ensuring them a long, healthy, and content life.

My wife and I currently have a dog and cat of our own and I started this business upon realizing the highlight of my day was returning home and being greeted by them. When working a full time job, I would often feel guilty about the lack of attention and exercise I gave to our pets, and have since dedicated my profession to benefit pet's health. Many behavioral problems exhibited by our pets are the result of too little attention, stimulation, exercise, and most importantly for the younger pups, socialization. These physical and psychological deficiencies are also proven to cumulatively lead to illness and disease, not to mention the many vet bills in the process. Unfortunately, it is often unrealistic in our society to provide most pets with the care they need while working a full time job and tackling the many other responsibilities that people face in their lives. I have a lifetime of experience caring for a variety of animals and find the work both rewarding and motivating. I take pride in my job and look forward to providing your pet with my high standard of care.

Insurance

"Go Do Your Business" is insured by and a member of Pet Sitters Associates, LLC. I encourage all of my clients to read the Frequently Asked Questions section on their website (www.petsitllc.com/faq.php) to educate themselves on the insurance plan and the variety of circumstances covered under the plan. I did additionally opt for the coverage for "personal property of others" which offers you more protection than a typical bond. I also opted for the "daycare in my home" coverage, which ensures your pet is covered wherever they may be. I take the services I provide seriously as a business and recommend any potential client make sure any dog walker/pet sitter they hire be insured, for the safety of both their pet and themselves.

Pet CPR and First Aid Certified

I am certified by the American Red Cross in both Pet CPR and First Aid. I also have a background in health care so that I can intervene with knowledge and confidence if your pet ever has a health emergency. I carry a Pet First Aid Kit in my car and cell phone on me at all times in case of any unfortunate emergency.
