Weather
I will always provide service in foul weather unless it is unsafe to do so (bad storms, etc...). I request that you please provide towels to use in the case that your dog needs drying after walks.
Keys
If you intend on providing a key, please have a copy ready at the Initial Interview if you intend on having "Go Do Your Business" provide you and your pet with services. I may require my own copy, which will never be labeled with your address in my possession and returned to you upon termination of services. If you lock yourself out of the house I can swing by for a $10 fee if available.
Pet Notes
I will occasionally leave a pet note where it will be seen if there is any observance of particular concern in your pet's behavior (i.e. excessive thirst, limp, especially energetic, stool /urine abnormalities, or any other medical concerns, etc...)
Medications
It is highly recommended that your pup be protected with a monthly flea and tick deterrent as well as a monthly heartworm medication. If your pet requires any medication during scheduled services, please provide detailed written instructions. Administering medication to your pet may require an additional $5 fee.
Rabies and Vaccinations
It is required that all pets are up-to-date on all appropriate shots and vaccinations, including kennel cough if enrolled in the playgroup or group walk. A Lyme disease vaccination is also recommended for all dogs. If your pet is not, please make it known at the initial interview so that accommodations can be made to ensure your pet a safe and healthy life.
Payment
Payment is graciously expected the last day of service of that work week or up front. Cash or check is preferred method of payment; however payment may also be made via paypal. Returned check fee is $25. Please make all checks out to “Go Do Your Business”.
Cancellations
Please provide as much notice as possible in the case of any cancellation, as this allows me to fill any voids in my schedule with other clients. If notice is less than 24 hours, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service may be charged.
Holidays
"Go Do Your Business" does not operate on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. An additional fee of $5 will be charged to those requiring services on the following federal holidays:

Pet Sitting
Only available for existing weekly customers within primary coverage area
Minimum Services
A minimum of two services provided per week is necessary to hold a spot for your dog
Hours of Operation
Main business hours are Mon-Fri from 10 AM until 5 PM
Services are provided no earlier than 8 AM and no later than 9 PM
No services other than pet sitting are provided on weekends or outside of main business hours
Contacting “Go Do Your Business”
Email is the preferred method of contacting “Go Do Your Business” so that all communication is recorded and easily accessible. If contacting with a more urgent matter, a call or text message to my cell phone is the most direct method.
Service Area
Primary service area is a 3-mile radius from Padanaram Village in South Dartmouth
Service provided outside of the primary coverage area will require an additional fee (see rates)
Equipment
I prefer to use my own equipment when providing walks. I use Gentle Leader’s “Easy Walker” harness and double/triple coupler leashes if necessary for walking multiple dogs.
My car is well equipped to transport multiple dogs at once in a safe and comfortable fashion, while allowing your pup to get plenty of air circulation, water, and window stimulation.
Dog Waste
Included in any walks is the removal and disposal of any dog waste during the provided service. I will never leave behind any waste during a walk because of the many environmental and social consequences of doing so. As responsible dog owners, I expect all of my clients to do the same.
